Wake Up to a River View In Historic Pearl Plaza

This is the perfect place to stay. So much to do within walking distance. Brian is a great host. Answered our questions in a timely manner. This place is amazing. Big bedrooms, the screened in porch is great. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Can't wait to come back for a third time.

The place was as good as advertised, anything we needed brian was just a text away. Location is perfect if you're stopping by muscatine area.

Lovely spacious apartment with extra large rooms. The location is within walking distance to riverfront park, dining, and shops. The apartment is above a social bar and barbecue place. The music and aroma do infiltrate the apartment. Our family still very much enjoyed the accommodations and would enjoy staying again.

The place was amazing! Very spacious - bigger than what I expected. It served its purpose as a home base and gathering place this weekend for family! One thing to note though: this place is right above a very loud bar. Very very loud. We slept with sound machine and headphones to drown out the noise. That was the only drawback. Location and amenities were perfect!

This place is incredible. It has a private patio with a view of the river. Restaurants and bars right below with live music on Thursday and Friday. The rooms are huge. The host was very accommodating!

This place is perfect. Brian was a great host. We chose the contactless check-in, but if we needed anything, Brian responded immediately. The condo is absolutely beautiful and you will not regret staying there.
